How will my games be shipped?
All Domestic US orders are shipped from Orlando, FL using FedEx Smartpost. Orders are processed on Monday and Thursday of each week and shipped the following day. Once shipped, your order takes 2-8 days depending on how far you live from Florida. It will be delivered via USPS to your door.
Canadian orders are customer friendly. Once an order is placed it will take 1-2 weeks before tracking is activated then 2-7 days to reach your shipping location.
At this time, due to the pandemic, we are not shipping to other regions.
I received my order but it contained damaged or missing components. What now?

Do you have a return policy?
If you bought a game on our webstore, it is still in shrink wrap and undamaged, then it is eligible for a return within thirty (30) days of your order. To initiate a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and what you want to return. From there you will be provided a return label and a packing list.
You are responsible for any return shipping costs. Your refund will be processed when your return is received and reviewed by the warehouse.
