Can you gain the Weather token when using a Campsite?
Nope! Tents provide protection from the weather. You only gain the weather token on a Trail Site if you visit that site and take it's Trail Site action.
When do you gain the instant action of a Nightfall Park card?
You may activate the instant action immediately after paying to visit the park. Note - the Parks Pass gear may be activated after resolving the instant action.
